Who are some of the members of Congress that are being accused? What are some of the earmarks they have been hiding? Do you think earmarks should be outlawed or do you believe they can be used for good things as well? How could we regulate members of Congress to resolve this issue?

Some members of congress have been accused from the South, such states as Alabama and Georgia. Most notably, Nancy Pelosi on her Earmark towards her property. The senator from Georgia (not named) had Earmarked a beach 900 feet away from their own property. I believe earmarks should not be outlawed because it gives Congress an opportunity to make healthy changes in their surroundings. However, these earmarks should be regulated by the government; ensuring that they aren't being used in the wrong hands. Likewise, congress could take appeal votes from both the House and Senate on each congressman's decision with the money they will be using. This allows for not only the legislative branch, but the executive and judicial branch of government to track and coordinate all government spending towards the american society.
Who are some of the members of Congress that are being accused?
Nancy Pelosi has used the government money for projects close to her homes along with 33 others. An Alabama senator spent more than $100 million to renovate downtown Tuscaloosa, which is near his office.
What are some of the earmarks they have been hiding?
Many have been hiding earmarks about various businesses and places that they support. A Georgia congressman used $6.3 million to clean a beach near his vacation home.
Do you think earmarks should be outlawed or do you believe they can be used for good things as well?
I believe earmarks should be outlawed. No federal workers is allowed to buy into businesses that they are working with. Earmarks only impede Congress' decisions to help other places, because the members want to spend money on their own pet projects.
How could we regulate members of Congress to resolve this issue?
We could monitor their cash flow to see if they are taking in extra bribes or offers from companies. The government can also monitor how a Congressman personally spends the money given to them to support the United States.
Nancy Pelosi has been using government money for personal projects and so has Alabama senator has spent over 100 million on a site near his office. They have been hiding money for thier own personal workplaces and even a beach near thier vacation spot. Yes I do believe they should be outlawed becuase I agree that ,aking earmarks is a self- fish process. They could regulate this by looking over the government spendings frequently.
some of the members that are being accused are the nancy pelosi because she has funneled spending into projects in close proximity to commercial and residential real estate owned by the congress members and there families. some of the earmarks they have been hiding are that the alabama senator directed more than $100 million in federal earmarks to renovate downtown tuscalossa by his own building. i think this particular earmark should be outlawed because it's for his own well being and not just for the citizens of alabama.we could regulate members of congress this issue is by tell them to give back to the people instead of taking. Some of the members of Congress that are being accused are a congressman from Georgia, a senator from Alabama, and Nancy Pelosi who could also a congressman. The earmarks that were hiden from the people was when the senator from Alabama had $100 million put into renovating "downtown Tuscaloosanear his own commercial office building" and the congressman from Georgia "$6.3 million in taxpayer funds to improve a beach just 900 feet from his vacation home." Earmarks could be used to help our economy and help people with their economical problems, but earmarks might be outlawed since part of our government uses the money for their own needs. We could regulate members of Congress to resolve this issue by getting Congress to remove the people who has used the money for their needs or get Congress to end the power to earmark.
