What do you think can be done to help students afford school without making the colleges lose significant amounts of money?? What are ways students can help themselves afford higher education? What are ways you can work to prepare for college expenses throughout high school??

I think whole-heartily that the state should invest more towards national education and significant reductions in student tuition rates. I think this because the state may have the power to support colleges and universities with the money they need to operate, which in turn will decrease the tuition demands from their students. Also, students can help themselves afford higher education by saving up on trust funds and federal grants. Money invested over time in a bank for education purposes will be useful for aiming to higher, affordable education. Likewise, people who still need to generate money for college may work during there high school tenure. Part-time jobs would be the best angle for young people because it gives them an opportunity to save up money and gain working experience.
I think a payment plan created . Nobody should be denied an education because they cant afford it. A certain amount of of peoples taxes should ho to an organization for less fortunate potential college students. They should be required to pay back the money when they graduate and secure a job. I think that students and families of students should begin to save their money much earlier so that they have enough to cover such college costs. While it isn't fair that every person can't afford education, it teaches people how to be resourceful and manage their money towards more important things like a higher education. This can students learn how to make real world decisions like getting a job and paying for college rather than partying and spending that valuable money.

I think that students should get the opportunity to pay it off when they get the chance. a payment plan or something would not hurt. In this economy people dont have the money to pay for college. College is needed because you can better yourself. In high school there should be money put aside from a job or whatever money they get.

I think college should be free to anyone that's willing to further their education. & be payed back after they get a career. This will eliminate poverty & uneducated people. its overwhelming when you wanna higher your education but ''money'' is in your way . ';/

I believe that many student should take scholarships that they give out for grades and for extra curricular activities. Plus they should give out more tours to colleges so this way many people will look at the price so they can enroll in the school. The ways they can afford higher education is by getting scholarships from colleges so this way you can get in for free without hurting the colleges money. The ways you can prepare for college is to be responsible more and to make sure you know when things are due because the professors wont remind you afterwards so that's how i would remember.
